On your walk you will learn about the strict laws on taking plants from the wild, and some folk-lore, medicinal and craft uses. What could be nicer than getting out in the fresh air, exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside and coastline, whilst gathering wild ingredients to pep up your menu?
These walks are gentle and approximately 2 hours long. We meet up at 10am in St Davids on the steps of the stone cross in Cross Square.
